Apply for an Apartment

Complete the three steps below to apply for an apartment. Note that all adults (18+ years old) should complete an application. If you have any questions you can email us or call us at (412) 288-7800. More information on leasing can be found here.

Step 1: Complete Application

*For best experience, please use a computer to complete the application.

You may request a paper application by contacting Support. Please be advised that apartments are rented on a first come basis and choosing this option may delay the process.

Step 2: Pay Fees

Pay application fee ($50) and security deposit (= one month’s rent).

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for application processing.

How Does Your Leasing Process Work?

  • We operate on a "first-come, first-served" basis -- meaning, applications are processed in the order they are received. Thus, if you are interested in an apartment we highly encourage you to submit an application as quickly as you can.

  • We cannot hold the apartment for you until we receive a completed application, ID, deposit, and app fees.

  • You may fax or email an application and copy of your ID, but we will only hold the apartment once we receive the security deposit and application fee.
